Undergraduates can make appointments through Advisor Link.
Graduate students and alumni can schedule appointments by emailing Dr. Susan Belmonte at sbelmonte@gatech.edu.
Format: virtual or in-person depending on the day
Length: Different appointment reasons have different lengths of time (30 or 60 minutes). Please pick according to your needs.
Note: Advisors are not academic advisors and cannot assist with schedules, permits, etc.
Drop-in Hours
Weekly virtual drop-ins are only for 10-15 minutes and are in a public virtual space. No appointment needed. There are no drop-ins during Institute holidays. Appointments made directly through Advisor Link or by email are individual and private. There are no in-person drop-in times.

Th, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time
Document Review Requests
In addition to document reviews during an appointment, you can also request written feedback outside of an appointment by emailing Dr. Susan Belmonte at sbelmonte@gatech.edu.
