First Meeting and Exec Applications
Exciting news… our first meeting will be on Monday, March 14th at 5:00pm in Skiles 249. At this meeting, we will be talking about our plans for SEC, getting to know each other better, and hearing from Susan Belmonte about pre-teaching opportunities. We can’t wait to meet you and please feel free to bring any friends to the meeting with you!
Additionally, we are sending out the 2022-2023 SEC Executive Application. Please take a look over the document which includes an overview of each position and it’s responsibilities. The application is due at 11:59pm on Friday, March 18th.
If you are interested, fill out the attached form, save it as “LastName,FirstName – SEC Exec App,” and email your application to our president, Rachel Meyer, at rachelmeyer@gatech.edu. Then, attend our first meeting on March 14th and stay after for a brief conversation with a current exec member.
If you are unsure about applying, you can apply after the meeting and your conversation with a current exec member. If you are interested in applying but are unable to attend the meeting, please reach out to rachelmeyer@gatech.edu or smccoy35@gatech.edu and we will find an alternative time to meet briefly.
